Put a drink in the fridge or the freezer, pick the drink, the container and the place, tap Go, and the app rings when it's at serving temperature.

The alarm didn't ring

The alarm needs your permission to ring with the app closed.

On iPhone

Allow alarms when the app asks. If you said no, turn alarms back on for Time To Froschzen! in the iPhone Settings app.

On Android

In the app, open Settings and look at What the alarm needs: it shows what's on and off, and Open Settings takes you to the right place on your phone. You need:

• Notifications on, or the alarm only rings inside the app.
• Alarms allowed, or the alarm can ring late.
• Full-screen allowed, or with the phone locked the alarm only shows as a notification.

How exact is the time?

It's an estimate. How fast a drink cools depends on your fridge and on where you put the drink. That's why the app says "around". Settings lists where each number comes from, and marks the ones that are still estimates.

The notification on my lock screen

While a drink chills, a notification (Android) or Live Activity (iPhone) shows when it'll be ready. You can turn it off in Settings, under Alarms. The alarm rings either way.

Your data

Everything stays on your phone, and we can't see it. Deleting the app deletes it. Read the Privacy Policy.
